The Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC) has selected energy trader Vitol to market Uganda’s newly named crude oil, "Pearl Sweet," ahead of first commercial exports scheduled for early 2027 via the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) to Tanga, Tanzania.
